At the India-CARICOM Summit, Dominica’s President Sylvanie Burton presented Modi with their country’s most distinguished honor. Both awards celebrate India’s proactive role during the pandemic, specifically its donation of 70,000 AstraZeneca vaccines to Dominica in 2021, which significantly bolstered regional healthcare.
